The Shelbourne Bar stands as a celebrated establishment, renowned not only in Cork but across Ireland. Our venue has consistently earned recognition and acclaim, securing the esteemed title of Ireland’s Best Whiskey Bar for an impressive four consecutive years.

Additionally, we take immense pride in the remarkable achievement of our very own Rory McGee, a Guinness World Record Holder for his exceptional skill in crafting Irish coffees. In 2020, Rory astoundingly prepared an astounding forty-nine Irish coffees in just three minutes.
